Welcome to the Sire Team at First Team Real Estate — your trusted resource for all things real estate in Huntington Beach and surrounding communities. For over 40 years, I’ve had the honor of helping families buy and sell homes across Orange County, with a strong focus on neighborhoods I know intimately — including Glen Mar East, Glen Mar West, Glen Mar Big, Glen Mar Little, Park Place, Oceanwood, Seabury, Century Shores and greater Huntington Beach.

My journey in real estate began in 1980, working side by side with my husband, Joe Sire, after he completed a new home development project in Century Shores. Together, we built a business rooted in integrity, community, and relationships. As we raised our daughters, we stayed actively involved in local schools, parks, and small businesses — always believing that strong families and strong communities go hand in hand.

After Joe’s passing in 2012, I chose to continue the Sire legacy by partnering with a trusted friend and colleague, Dani Walker. Joe personally mentored Dani when she began her career over 24 years ago, and she brings the same passion and professionalism to the table. Dani and Rosemarie are truly experts in the area and helped me get $100000 over the asking price as the first offer during the first open house weekend. My mother had lived in this house for almost fifty years and only minor maintenance was made during her occupation. Extensive upgrades were required based on comparable homes in the neighborhood in order to justify the asking price let alone the final selling price. Dani and Rosemarie guided us in the decision of what to upgrade style contractors' materials and color palettes. The end result of their guidance and experience was $10000 over the asking price which more than paid for the renovations. I cannot recommend Dani, Rosemary, and the entire team at FirstTeam enough for their knowledge professionalism, and attention to detail; so much so that I engaged them to be my buying agents for a rental property.
